SP[eye]ME – Desk II

The SP[eye]ME – Desk II is a unique writing table by Hillsideout. Recycled handcrafted wild cherry, nut and chestnut wood make up the top. Through the glass, you discover a rotatable mirror which allows you to observe the movements behind and next to you without revealing it to others. Different kinds of mirrors reflect images from the outside in the inside of the table.
The sliding drawer has a double function, as it can be used from both sides of the table. The SP[eye]Me-Desk II also has a hidden opening in the middle of the tabletop and 4 different leg’s heights. Finally, a green cement coating characterizes the table legs in elm wood. Green is the color of nature and cement is a building material, thus reflecting the relationship between nature and architecture.
