Nina & Beni Wicker Chair

The Nina & Beni Chair is a one-of-a-kind piece by Andrés Mariño Maza. The main inspiration behind this piece’s aerodynamic elements are the efficient yet beautiful forms of wooden naval architecture. Two steam-bent strips cantilever over the seat to serve first as legs, then as armrest, and finally mold to the lumbar area.

Made with ethically sourced wood, the Nina & Beni Chair is a sustainable object. It also takes advantage of the trees grain to produce as little waste as possible.
