Panchina Bouquet

Panchina Bouquet is a unique bench by Yukiko Nagai. Stunning handmade mosaics enrich its antique wooden frame, giving the piece a romantic and pastoral appeal. The designer likes to call these mosaics “stone fabric” because they provide a smooth surface, similar to a fabric. For some parts, she also used a special “pixelated” technique  to evoke the texture of cross-stitching. Six colorful bouquets indicate the seats, representing a beautiful invite to relax.

The designer’s concept consists in the interpretation of various materials using exclusively marble and rocks, trying to surprise at the touch and look of the surface rendered in the work. Handmade in Italy.
